Mat Pilates
Our signature mat pilates class is your ultimate go-to for total body toning, curated to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and in control.
Focused on deep muscle activation, this class checks all the must-haves: low impact, lengthening, strengthening, and postural alignment. Grounded in the principles of traditional pilates with a modern twist, we flow through functional, sculpting movements that engage every muscle. Mat / Barre Fusion
Mat fusion at Espresso Pilates incorporates elements of both mat work and ballet inspired barre sequences, creating a higher intensity class that enhances strength, flexibility and core engagement.
Utilising the barre for balance and throwing in some props such as pilates ball, yoga block, magic circle, ankle weights and hand weights with layered exercises to cater for all levels of fitness and ability. The workout is bold, and addictive leaving you feeling strong and energetic.
